Student Protection Scheme

The SPS serves to protect the student's fees in the event the school is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure. All tuition fees paid by the student to the school are left in the custody of a third party, the CASE- endorsed DBS bank participating in the Student Tuition Fees Account (Escrow) scheme. To act as a protection to the students, when specified conditions for its release have been met, the banks will disburse the tuition fees on a regular basis to the school.
